largest city of Punjab. It is founded by the fourth Sikh guru, Ram Das.

By Road: - Amritsar is located on G.T Road which is a
National Highway 1. So it is well connected to local transport like bus, car
etc.
By Train: - Amritsar Junction Railway station is located in
Amritsar. So we can also reach Amritsar by train.
By Air: - if you are planning to come by air then the
nearest airport is Shri Guru Ram Das Jee International airport. It located
approx. 11km far from Amritsar City.
Winter is the best season to visit Amritsar as weather is pleasant in this season and we can easily visit this city.

Harmandir Sahib Gurudwara
Harmandir sahib (shri Darbar Sahib) gurudwara is also known
as Golden Temple. It is the centre of attraction in Amritsar which you can’t
miss. The gurudwara is surrounded by the holy sarover where you can take bath. You
can take the langar in gurudwara. Every day more than one lakh devotee take
langar in gurudwara. The best time to visit gurudwara is early morning approx. 4
am.

Wagah border
Patriotic feelings come in to the mind when I think about
the Wagah border. We enjoyed a lot there. I strongly recommend to the tourist
to visit this place. It is road-crossing border between Pakistan and India. Daily
the soldiers of both county perform lowering of the flag ceremony. It was so
amazing.
If you are foody and really want to have the best punjabi food then must visit Kesar Da Dhaba at Amristar and have their Punjabi Thali. i really loved that food.
The other places which you can visit in Amritsar are Jalinanwala Bagh, Akal Takht, Maharana Ranjit Singh Museum, Ram Bagh etc.
